Q. Do you deliver to my location?
A. We deliver inside the Oxford Ring Road but often deliver further. Please call us to see if we can help. Call us on 01865 721673.

Q. How much notice do I need to give for an order?
A. Please order before 2pm on the working day prior to delivery (to place an order for Monday this would be Friday). If this is not possible call us anyway and we’ll try to help.

Q. How do I pay?
A. We request payment in advance by credit card or cheque for your first order. Thereafter we will be happy to supply orders on account should you wish.

Q. What is the minimum order?
A. £30.00

Q. How are the platters delivered and presented?
A. All our platters are delivered to your premises, at an agreed time, in insulated boxes to meet Environmental Health requirements. We use black platters with crystal clear lids to keep your food fresh, perfectly presented and ready to go whenever you are. We supply menus with your platters so you know what you’re eating.

Q. Is your packaging recyclable?
A. Our platters and lids can be re-used and we are always delighted to collect them if you are happy to keep them for us. Our napkins are made from recycled paper.
